Mastics Proposes Ohio Abortion Advertising Ban

Rep. George E. Mastics drafts legislation to ban consolidation or advertising of abortion services in Ohio. He cites the West Shore Counseling Service closure after a court order and describes alleged fee-splitting by an abortionist. Violations could bring a fine or prison term. referrals for legal abortions would be allowed if no fee-splitting and costs are not unreasonable.
