City to split water and power plant superintendents
Legislation to separate the water filtration and electric generation superintendents goes to City Council Tuesday night. Don Davis would face a $1,442 salary cut if the plan passes, with water fund input at ten percent. The mayor plans appointing a new acting filtration chief at 10,000 annually, contingent on license requirements and the Ohio Edison sale outcome.
