Ohio's PR Bill Runs 733000
Columbus reports public relations spending for Gov. Gilligan's administration totals at least 733000 yearly with many costs hidden. It notes expansion of PR in the state capitol since the Gilligan era and traces patterns to the Rhodes administration.
