Commissioners consider a one month extension for Linn Corp to vacate 86 W Main as the Mental Health Center fight continues. Palm warns the decision hinges on future center status while criticizing the 648 Board and state officials.
No Center Employees Apply No. professional staff members at the Mental Health Society turned in resumes for Linn Corp positions by 10 a.m. Monday. Center director Bruce McCrillis said two secretaries, Ann Spradlin and Sue Meyers, were interviewed Wednesday but did not submit resumes. Swingle, Linn Corp director, will issue a press release at 3:30 p.m. on services to be offered. The Society faces possibilities including operating without state funding, legal action, or closing.
The Huron County treasurer's office reported receiving $227,178 this morning in second half property taxes from Ohio Edison Company.
