Albert H. Lowry a 65 year old Erie County dog warden was found not guilty of leaving the scene of an accident after a witness said his car struck a barricade on State Route 113 east of Milan on May 4. The case was heard in Erie County Court Milan.

Libraries Receive Psychology Book Donations Across Huron County
The Huron County Guidance Center donated 13 sets of Haim Ginott psychology books to county libraries. Crash Hurts Two Man Charged In Ohio Road Incident
Two injured in a wreck on New State Road one mile north of Dublin Road. James O. Prater, 17, rural North Fairfield, and Verna Pugh, 49, Hazelgreen Kentucky, suffered complaints of injuries after Prater’s car rear ended another northbound vehicle. Mitchell W. Prater, 19, 175 W. Main St., slowed for a left turning car. he and his passenger were not hurt. James Prater charged with failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
