Rench Seeks Hearing Move for Telephone Complaint
Norwalk realtor Richard Rench asked Tuesday to relocate a public hearing on his complaint against General Telephone Co. from Columbus to Norwalk. He needs 100 signatures to persuade the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio to reclassify the case as a community complaint and reschedule the hearing to August if allowed.
