Norwalk Crash Injures Woman on Cline Street
Rosa A. Ray, 47, of 77 Willard Ave, stopped for a left turning car when Gerald R. Holmes, 32, of Willard, rear ended her. Ray was taken to Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital in fair condition with neck muscle spasms. Holmes was charged with failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
