Huron Board of Mental Health hired Anna Marie Stencil a 31 year old psychologist with a master’s in clinical psychology from Central Michigan University. She will start July 8 at a salary of 11850 a year with a 1200 local supplement. Scott the director received a 500 raise to 19000. The board also set social worker Marsha Hartikainen at 8694 and plans to cut nearly 2400 from next year’s budget, citing state funds per resident.
