Norwalk businessman Fred Stein plans to complete the purchase of The Collins Shop in Ann Arbor on July 3. The women’s specialty store across from the University of Michigan campus will be remodeled. Mark Ouimet will stay as manager. Stein already owns The Press Store and several other outlets in Michigan.
