COLUMBUS. Common Pleas Court Judge Allen Whiteside rejected a taxpayer suit by John B. Boswell to halt turf contracts for Ohio Stadium and a practice field. He ruled the issue an emergency and set a June 29 hearing on the rest of the suit.
