New London Library Marks 50th Anniversary Year
New London marks its 50th anniversary with Glenn Waldorf designed book marks featuring the library entrance. A reception follows a free book review by Mrs. Aileen Benninghoff at the Grange Hall on June 20. An anniversary flag will fly for months as the 1916 dedication date is recalled and 6,000 guests attended the gala.
