Conviction Upheld for Man in County Jail
Wesley W. Martin, 36, of rural Berlin Heights, began a three day jail term for driving while intoxicated after his appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court was refused. The Sixth District Court of Appeals upheld the conviction in March, with the breathalyzer ruling and jury instructions affirmed. He was fined 250 dollars plus costs and license suspended 30 days.
