Jury Declares Mormon Will Forgery In Hughes Estate Case
A Nevada district court jury found the three page Mormon will not be written by Howard Hughes, ruling the document a forgery after 11 hours of deliberation. The verdict bars Melvin Dummar from inheriting Hughes fortune and leaves the Summa Corp executives to manage the estate, with taxes likely consuming much of the wealth.
