McCrillis Fined On Reduced Charges In DUI Case
Bruce D. McCrillis director of the Mental Health Center faced reduced charges in Municipal Court. He was fined 200 dollars plus costs for reckless operation with six months no similar convictions and ordered to attend the Alcohol Center. A second charge, hit and run, was reduced to reckless operation with 100 dollars plus costs and a 75 dollar suspended fine for six months. The May 5 incidents involved leaving the scene after a car collision and later striking a power pole. John Baird represented him. Harold Freeman prosecuted.
