Norwalk OKs funds for regional planning membership and electric service
Ordinance 72-25 authorizes 2007.90 to maintain City of Norwalk membership in the Huron County Regional Planning Commission from the General Fund. Ordinance 72-27 authorizes electric service contracts with Ohio Edison for multiple city installations under Schedule Nos. 2 and 3, with a ten year cap and repeal or modification rules. There is also a public notice of a tax or court matter in Huron County and an ordinance 72-26 granting Ohio Edison rights to acquire and operate an electric system in Norwalk.
