Deshler Ohio Mrs Garrold Parratt was charged with failure to yield after her car collided with a Norwalk man Joseph A Yoder 56 Jefferson St Saturday afternoon Parratt said she stopped while turning left from Main Street onto Benedict Avenue Yoder's car struck the right front fender in the incident A gum machine was stolen from in front of the Fast Foods Store at Jefferson and Pleasant Streets between Thursday and Sunday valued at 15 for the machine and about 10 for the gum and money in it.
