Million Dollar Suit Over Fatal Sandusky Crash
Wayne Churchill as administrator for Carl and Mary Churchill files a 1.21 million dollar suit in Huron County Common Pleas against Christy Sberna of Bellevue. The complaint alleges the couple were injured and burned to death July 8 at Ohio 412 and Sandusky County Road 294 when Ms Sberna failed to stop at a sign as her pickup collided with their car driven by Mrs Churchill. Patrick Murray represents the plaintiffs.
