Two Minor Traffic Mishaps Reported
Two minor traffic mishaps were reported Thursday. Donald C. Fry of 1 Dudley Blvd. reported his car collided with Clayton E. Mills at Forest Street and Benedict Avenue as Fry entered Benedict. Linda L. Rowland backed from East Main Street and struck Robert W. Stower’s parked concrete. Contractors will submit bids on a square foot basis to replace sidewalks, with the city hiring the lowest bid. The first deadline is August 16, and if walks aren’t repaired, the city contractor will replace them all with new concrete, without leveling existing walks.
