North Vietnam’s supplies cut to ten percent of pre mining levels
UPI reports defense officials claim North Vietnam now receives about 10 percent of the pre mining imports. A four inch fuel pipeline from China is partly finished but unused in places with trucks hauling fuel along unfinished sections. Rail lines are damaged but still used by crossing fords and bombed bridges, while North Vietnam relies on self produced food to free imports for military needs.
