Bellevue Cyclist Jumps From Motorcycle Then Escapes Injury
A Bellevue man 26 jumped from his motorcycle before it struck an electric pole on Ohio 113 east of Bellevue Monday afternoon. Robert Morse swerved to avoid a stopped car and was not seriously injured. he received a citation for failure to stop properly. Earlier Monday morning on U S 250 north of Norwalk John Eckenrod 37 swerved to avoid a car driven by William Benda Jr 27 of Oberlin. The two cars collided but neither was injured. Benda was cited for driving while intoxicated.
