Car owner suffers bruises after two crashes in one week

Cost Of Living Up Again Despite Gas And Food Slow Rise
The June cost of living rose 0.6 percent for the second straight month as gasoline price cuts and a slower food price rise offset other increases. The average worker’s spendable income rose 3.4 percent due to lower income tax withholding, the largest gain in two years. The Consumer Price Index stood at 181.8 with a 1967 base of 100, meaning $18.18 today buys what $10 did a decade ago.
