Jury clears Willard man in drowning case

Ohio Turnpike Commission Chairman James Shocknessy 69 died at University Hospital after surgery. Appointed in 1949, he supervised the toll road from Youngstown to Cleveland since its 1954 opening, and Gov. Rhodes urged renaming the Turnpike in his honor.
