Million Dollar Plan For City Water Plant Is Submitted
Norwalk plans to expand its water filtration system with two options from Richland Engineering. A short term upgrade would raise capacity from 3 to 4 million gallons daily at about 60 thousand dollars. A long term expansion could cost about 1.139 million dollars and require up to 142 months to build.
