Two months after the Willard tornado that killed four and damaged extensive property residents return to mobile homes or rebuild. Briarwood Estates and Coble Village houses were leveled. Red Cross relief totals exceed 16 thousand dollars with local fund contributions over four thousand. Many businesses reopen or rebuild, including Hi Ho Restaurant, Buckingham Farm Equipment, Cy Reed Ford Sales, Sunshine Motors, Mastron Pontiac Buick, and Triangle Motel with plans to resume by autumn.
