Aron County election crews completed a recount in two June primary contests and the board of elections will meet at 2 30 P M to certify results. Richard Reach sought a recount for the 72nd district state representative race won by Marie Tansey by 34 votes and Jane Adelman sought a recount for Huron County commissioner race won by James Seitz by 11 votes. Balloonist Sank After Atlantic Attempt Ends in Sea
