Snowy day keeps Norwalk grocers busy with supplies
Norwalk grocers report heavy Friday shopping and late shipments by snowbound suppliers. Trucks delivering milk and produce were stalled on the Ohio Turnpike but managed to deliver before shortages grew. Store managers from A and P, Schild's IGA, Kroger, T and A Thrif-T-Mart, and Chuck's Super Value note bread and produce gaps narrowed as shipments arrive.
