An elderly Norwalk woman was defrauded of 2800 dollars in December by two con artists posing as FDIC officials and a bank agent. They coaxed cash from her and aimed to recover it through fingerprints, then vanished using aliases Clausen and Schwartz, with FBI notified and no arrests yet.
