Milan area leads Huron County tax rates this year
Huron County property owners in the Milan area face the highest millage at 58.40. Seneca East district in Sherman Township posts the lowest at 38.90. Norwalk Norwalk School District area sits at 49.80, with Monroeville district Ridgefield Township up 9.35 mills and Buckeye Central in Richmond Township down 0.50. Four districts have no change. Tax rates for 1977 set by County Auditor Kenneth Reed will determine bills mailed in 1978, with Feb as the expected mailing month.
