Norwalk reports 1973 city income tax receipts of 336671, up 41280 from 1972, with 1973 including delinquencies from 1971 and 1972. Delinquency crackdown was begun by Finance Director Douglas Colvin. Refunds totaling 4700 were issued to underage workers and out of city or nonresident filers.
