Man Fined and Freed After Garden Street Trespass Case
James R. Custer, 36, of Findlay, pleaded guilty to a reduced petty larceny charge in Common Pleas Court after being found trespassing at 6 N Garden. He had earlier pleaded guilty in Mayor's Court to trespassing, fined 50 dollars with 3 days in jail, and court costs. The later sentence of 90 days in jail was suspended.
