Milan The village has overcharged its largest industry Gould Inc about 216000 for electricity since November 1974 due to a faulty substation meter. The Reflector reports Gould General Manager Thomas Swint says the village should reimburse Gould from its electric fund after intent by the Board of Public Affairs and Village Council.
