Preschoolers' Parents Meet at St. Peter Lutheran Church
A program for parents of young children will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at St. Peter Lutheran Church. Sponsored by Norwalk Day Care Center, Christian Day Nursery, Head Start, and Maple City Nursery, the event introduces services and facilities for preschool parents. Speakers include psychologists Mr. and Mrs. Tom Kunkle, with Mrs. Kunkle a staff psychologist at Norwalk Mental Health Center and a Juvenile Court adviser. Mr. Kunkle works for the county Mental Health and Mental Retardation Board. Annabell Stewart, director of Norwalk Day Care Center, says many parents misjudge services due to titles and names, and aims to acquaint them with available help.
