Loveland Colorado posts the annual Valentine re mail program. Volunteers reseal envelopes with a four line cachet and hold them for mailing just before February 14. Postmaster Henry Porter notes requests come from all states and many foreign countries. Last year 200000 valentines were re mailed and this year should top that. Three Elderly Women Found Dead In Ohio Homes
In Youngstown area authorities confirmed the bodies of three elderly women including two sisters found in their Struthers basement after mail went uncollected. Helen Misinaj 61 and sister Josephine 59 died likely of heart attack. Victoria Kupec 69 found dead under rubble in a unheated four room Craig Beach cottage.

Norwalk Public Library staff expect to present petitions with about 200 signatures at Tuesday's council meeting urging reinstallation of the Case Street traffic light.
