Injunction Reversed In Yeager Waste Case
The Sixth District Court of Appeals reversed the injunction preventing Yeager's Waste Systems of Sandusky from collecting rubbish in Norwalk and sent the case back to Common Pleas Court for further hearing. The court found the lower court did not grant a final hearing or allow evidence, noting the transcript shows Yeager did not have a proper day in court.
