A $210 000 building permit was issued to J G Brennan and Sons Inc for a 5763 square foot Ponderosa Steak House off U S 250 North. Building inspector Melvin Shipley said construction will begin immediately on development property owned by Ohio Turf Nursery Inc, two lots north of the K Mart site.

Welfare Clients Sued for Repayment in Norwalk Court
Civil actions filed last week in Norwalk Municipal Court seek repayment of welfare funds from seven area residents. Plaintiffs are county Prosecutor Richard Hauser and defendants Sharon Thomas, Larry Christman, Mitchell Risner, Charles T. King Jr, James L. Black, Rosetta Moore, and Richard Barnett, with claims ranging from 85 to 461 dollars.
