El Paso County deputies arrest Norwalk woman Maria Vartorella Richardson 22 under alias Zoe Pierce after an anonymous tip. Her four year old son Donovan is in custody and safe in Colorado Springs as extradition to Norwalk is pursued. the boy was taken Oct 19 and the car abandoned a week later. Judge may face a lengthy extradition process with the defendant’s Colorado court-appointed lawyer.
