State to deploy VASCAR speed clocking device this week
Columbus patrol officials announced the Visual Average Speed Computer and Recorder will be used by patrolmen in moving or parked cars to clock speeding drivers during the Christmas period. Col. Robert M. Chiaramonte said the system goes into operation the week of December 21 to target speeding motorists.
