Fire Insurance Rates May Go Up Eight Per Cent
Berlin Township trustees hear that village fire insurance could rise up to eight percent next year after a Bureau inspection. A Class 6 rating requires an additional 750 gallon per minute pumper at the village station. 500 gpm may be acceptable if relocation occurs. Trustees travel to Columbus to press for fixes and discuss cutting costs with surplus hose and older gear. The Rev. Stanley Raymond Chapin was named pastor of Celina First Presbyterian Church.
