Eyebrow Sewn Back On After Washington Police Struggle
Police officer James G Carpenter was bitten on the forehead by a disorderly suspect during a call at an apartment. The missing eyebrow was found in the suspect’s apartment, preserved, and sewn back by plastic surgeons at the Washington Hospital Center. Blundell Edward Jr., 22, was arrested on assault charges.
