Huron County Mental Health Board names new leaders
Larry Foran is elected chairman of the Huron County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Board, with James Spayde as vice chairman, Marjorie Harper secretary, and William W. Owens treasurer. Ron Scott named new center director at Norwalk with an $18 500 salary, state share $17 306, to begin in January.
