Utah Court Again Ponders Fate Of Condemned Men
Utah Supreme Court will hear pleas for stays of execution less than 72 hours before a double firing squad is scheduled to execute Dale Pierre and William Andrews for 1974 Hi-Fi Shop killings in Ogden. Norwalk Ambulance Runs Include Fall to Fisher-Titus
Ambulance records list two runs. On Thursday at 1:55 p.m. John Scalf, 80 Ontario Street, was taken to Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital. Adah Roberts of Gaumont Nursing Home was transported to Fisher-Titus after a fall and later returned to the nursing home.
Bumper Beat William Meek Cited After Van Crash
William Meek, 51, of 79 Norwood Ave, was cited by city police after his van rear ended a car on Norwood Ave. Larry Houghtsen, 33, at 19 Norwood Ave, reported he was waiting to turn into his driveway when he was struck. Meek paid a $35 waiver on the ticket for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
