D. Gary Keith of Manchester West Virginia was arraigned in Common Pleas Court on two counts. He allegedly took 3190 from Henry Robinson for a building never erected and 254 by false pretenses. Keith allegedly withheld employee pay from Aug 29 to Dec 31 last year. Bond set at 3000 and 1000.
