Injured Beagle Receives Help From Local Neighbor
Richard Witter of Half Way Road found a Beagle puppy struck on U S 20 one mile west of Norwalk. He tended the dog until the deputy warden Clarence Rounds arrived to take it to a veterinarian, and Witter is paying all expenses.
