Girl Falls From Horse at Huron County Fair

Ohio Professor Quattrocki to Lead Work Discussion Series
Ohio University professor Edward Quattrocki will visit Norwalk and other Huron County communities this fall to lead a three part discussion on work values. The National Endowment for the Humanities sponsors the program with events including radio appearances and Rotary Club meetings. Open sessions run Sept 9 10 at Memorial Lake Park with later visits Oct 15 16 and Nov 6 7.

Two NL Men Admit Assault
Two New London men Daryl Perkins 19 and Harry L Perkins 22 pleaded guilty in Huron County to assaulting William Enderby after he mentioned their names during a court hearing. They were charged in secret indictments for roughing up Enderby and breaking his glasses on July 6. Sentencing was continued.
