Police Seek Driver of Hit-Skip Boat near Sandusky Bay
Two men in a sailboat were not hurt after a powerboat struck them in a hit-and-run on Lake Erie near Sandusky Bay. Kent R. Minshall and William Piker reached shore after the collision, which happened at 2:15 a.m. About a Strongsville man in his early 20s who later brought a damaged powerboat to Vermilion Harbor is sought by authorities. Pieces from the sailboat were found embedded in the powerboat hull.

Norwalk Police Blotter Details Hospital Disturbance and Stolen Wallet
A 23 year old Norwalk man arrested on a municipal court contempt warrant was placed under hospital restraints after disturbing patients at Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital. He had been admitted to intensive care earlier after nearly suffocating on a cell blanket. A 13 year old Norwalk boy was bitten by dogs at 5 E Washington St. The dogs, owned by Maime Thorpe, will be observed 10 days. A Willard woman reported her wallet stolen at Nite Life Bar containing about 100 dollars, Driver license, Social Security card and 56 dollar Holt House Brothers check. Norwalk ambulances responded to medical calls Sunday for local residents.
