Former clerk guilty in Sandusky funds theft

Norwalk Voters to Decide Sunday Liquor Sales Option
In two downtown Norwalk precincts 1-C and 3-A voters will decide in November whether hard liquor may be sold on Sundays. A local option petition filed by the Norwalk Bowling Center seeks one of two choices: A allowing Sunday sale 1 PM to midnight in licensed bars and restaurants, or B limiting Sunday liquor sales to establishments where food and other goods and services exceed 50 percent of total receipts. The petition collected 164 valid signatures, above the 118 required, with the option slated for the November 8 ballot.
