Annexation petition seeks Norwalk city boundary extension
In Huron County Ohio on July 3 1978 a petition signed by a majority of adult freeholders asks the Board of County Commissioners to annex specified portions of Norwalk Township into the City of Norwalk The description covers parts of Great Lots 52 47 1 and 12 in Section 3 with a starting point at the southeasterly corner of Lot 12 at Plank Road and the north corporation line and proceeds toward US 250 Lockwood Road followed by survey bearings
