A letter from Rev A Wheeler of V4gta Ohio claims Rev Harvey chaplain of Hoth Ohio was killed by rebels in Gen Milroy’s army. The prisoner J wan In Gen Milroy’s forces remained at Whichester to tend the wounded. He was arrested and hanged for freeing slaves. Harvey’s friends deny any involvement. Citizens recall his service at Camp Mungfield and sermons in Ula city. Several others reportedly hung according to the report.
