Market Place Antiques More Than Hobby For Couple
A Greenwich couple Herb and Kathy Miller turned a hobby into The Treasure House an antique store occupying 22 rooms of a refurbished 1888 railroad hotel on Main Street. They opened Memorial Day after renovating with themes from the hotels past showcasing a coal stove 1930s gas range and brass beds. The business attracts visitors from 35 of the 50 states and Alaska and California. Pricing reflects purchase costs with guides available. The store hours are Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 5 pm. Nearby industry notes report promotions and appointments at Columbia Gas of Ohio and leadership changes at the Lake Erie District and a new PCA acting manager.
