Runaway 16 Year Old Gordon Rose Detained in Norwalk
16 year old Gordon Ralph Rose of Berlin Ul left home Saturday night to see the country and walked into Norwalk Police Monday afternoon saying he was tired and hungry. He was turned over to Juvenile Court with staff arranging temporary care until Illinois authorities arrive to pick him up.

Cadillacs Damaged on Trailer at Star Diner Site
Carl Brown reported two Cadillacs on a trailer at the rear of the Star Diner on Routes 18 and 20 were damaged over the weekend. Brown parked the trailer Friday night and found damage Sunday morning. Estimated loss was $204.32.
